Black Lives Matter, B!tch!

If you haven’t seen Phoenix Karen get the racism slapped out of her mouth, watch this video first . Once you’re done, continue scrolling through.

Now you see why we march, why we need to shout and stand up for what is right because there are a million Phoenix Karen’s out there and they all must be slapped, I mean stopped. The best part was when the Karina Rodriguez said “Black Lives Matter, B!tch!”

On a different note, Sacramento proved that there aren’t any “Karen’s “ during a peaceful protest that happened last Saturday, June 6th.

Let’s get the record straight, I am not a photographer. I am not trying to be a photographer and saying “ Wow, look at my amazing photography skills, I’m the best!”

To be a photographer takes years to learn a skill and create magic with the lens. I got lucky that I have a camera to capture some amazing moments.

I went to this peaceful protest because I wanted to feel peace around me. I wanted to be a part of a collective for us to move forward to the future, it was the right thing to do and I am glad that I went.

#son .JPG

This picture caught my eye because it’s a mother who is risking her life to save her son before anything happens. This mom and all good mothers everywhere are willing to put their lives on the line to save their children’s future. We should learn from this picture alone.

Angry+black+woman.jpg

The “Angry Black Woman” is the best sign I have ever seen at a protest. Hilarious!

Mad White Guys.JPG

Stand back, Old White Guys are Mad As Hell!

But remember, we still have a lot of work to do. All of us need to vote and stay involved with our community. Killer Mike said it best “ Plot, plan, strategize , organize and mobilize”

WAIT… THERE’S MORE. KEEP SCROLLING

Me, Mikeself and I is now streaming live and I was very lucky to have radio and tv personality Big Al Sams on the show.

Big Al had a chance to talk to me about growing up in Chicago, we talk about Hip-Hops and radio’s responsibility to the community and of course we also watched Phoenix Karen get slapped.

Enjoy!
