What does that mean? That means every week I am dedicating air time from my podcast to promote all small businesses and performing artists.

This weeks dedication goes to stand up comedian and spoken word poet, Kellz Barksdale! I met Kellz last year and he is a remarkable human being. He’s a family man and created a new form of poetry called, Jokenword. It’s easy for people to say a funny poem but Kellz brings a innovative and creative style that is his own, it truly is amazing.

This image is 10 years in the making. Yes, 10 years I have been writing, creating and working on this.

Early in my career I use to make YouTube videos of this character but it needed more development, I decided to take these videos down and write a full length feature script. With many revisions and the help of my secret weapon JD Flom, we wrote a script that I am very proud to share with you.

The reason why I created this character is because I am sick and tired of seeing bad parents get away with abusing their children.

How many times have you heard this? “ There is nothing we can do, it’s in the laws hands now.” But there is something that I can do, I can scare the hell out of bad parents.
