Back To the Grind

On the next episode of Back to the Grind…

Summer is officially over, the suncscreen’s packed away , and the alarms are set once again. Cue the laugh track, because here we are- Back On The Grind.

You thought Summer Geddon was insane? That was easy, just three months of sunscreen, chaos and “For God’s sake, please don’t lose those goggles again”. Back to the grind means back to reality( Great song by the way, Soul II Soul Featuring Caron wheeler and still a banger)

For me, back to reality means accountability. My last blog post was about surviving summer and all the madness in between. But did you noticed that I went quiet after that post?

Why?

Simple: it was summer. I didn’t want to post, promote, or flood your feed with updates while everyone was trying to unplug.

You’re welcome America, I get tired of talking about myself as well.

Speaking about not talking about myself, I’ll flip it to you: How was your summer?

Seriously-drop a comment and let me know. I want to read them.

Don’t stress about the routine. Embrace the suck, give it a huge hug, and love it-because we are….

BackTo The Grind!
